When booking with us…
Terms & Conditions
We are an adults only resort (16+).
You can only book a room category, not a specific room number. If you would like a specific room number please contact us directly with your request; we will, of course, endeavour to honour your request.
Bookings are not transferable.
Full payment is required at least 30 days prior to check-in.
Arrival & Flight Details
Please advise your flight details and times, by email or phone at the time of booking.
If you are travelling to Rarotonga from New Zealand or Australia you will cross the INTERNATIONAL DATE LINE and gain one day. For example, leave NZ / Australia on Saturday – arrive Rarotonga Friday. Please ensure that you book the correct day of arrival – local Rarotonga time.
Airport Transfers
We can arrange these for you. Please note: for flights arriving after 6:00 pm airport transfers are compulsory as you will be arriving after office hours and our driver will facilitate your check-in.
Transfers cost NZ $28 per person, each way.
Payment
All prices quoted are in New Zealand Dollars and include all taxes.
We accept payment by Direct Credit, or Visa / MasterCard. For payment by bank transfer directly into our New Zealand Bank Account.
Cancellation Policy
- A non-refundable deposit of the value or the first nights accommodation is required at the time of booking and full payment due 30 days prior arrival.
- If cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival, a refund less the 1st night will apply.
- If cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival, the full total of the reservation will be charged.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend you have travel insurance to cover you should any unforeseen circumstances occur.

Check-in time is 2.00 pm
Check-out time is 10:00 am
Early check-in and late check-outs may be arranged on request, subject to availability. A charge will incur.
